The Scar Slayer Wand - Q&A
by Elise Parkes |
Breakouts. Sun damage. Inflammation. Sometimes they can leave their mark. Time to get rid… Meet The Scar Slayer Wand. Super_targeted application, super_charged vitamin C.
With a super targeted wand applicator to really hit the spot, l’ascorbic acid (aka vitamin C), skin brightening tranexamic acid + kakadu plum extract work hard to prevent, lighten & fade dark spots, post breakout scarring + pigmentation left over from spots, sun damage, melasma + more.
A pretty_unique product (if we say so ourselves) we get that you might have a few questions. So, here's your answers on everything The Scar Slayer Wand...
How do you use The Scar Slayer Wand?
It's super easy. All you need to do is glide the rollerball directly onto the area you want to target, whether that’s a recent breakout or a stubborn dark mark. We say use once daily (PM) after your toner before your serum. Since it does contain tranexamic acid which can give skin some sun sensitivity we recommend to *always* use SPF the following the AM. Yep, even if it's cloudy.
Should I use it instead of the Zit Zap Wand?
Nope! Not a replacement for your old favourite, instead The Scar Slayer Wand is it's new BFF. Giving spot care from start to finish, this dream duo helps to firstly beat those active breakouts & then tackle any pigmentation they leave.
Step 1 – Zit Zap Wand. Feel a pimple coming on? Spot loud & proud? Reach for the Zit Zap Wand to help diminish the appearance of an existing breakout.
Step 2- Scar Slayer Wand. Zit Zap got rid of your active breakouts, but you're left with a dark mark or redness? Follow up with the Scar Slayer Wand till any signs of pigmentation have disappeared.
