solution

I bought mine in TK maxx in The Netherlands today (29-okt-2024) . And just saw some reviews about the twisting up. I cooked some water placed it in a small bowl make sure that the water levels where it is written 35Gram.

After doing that you can twist the mask stick. The clay needs to be soften a bit! Havent used it yet so thats why 3 stars so far

I love this product as it is so easy to apply on the face and leaves and even layer of this face mask on your face and so easy to wash off. I noticed a difference after the first use. This product leaves your face feeling so smooth and soft. Will highly recommend this product and will be buying again.

It doesn’t twist up

I really want to use it but it doesn’t twist up so it is practically useless. Please tell me if there is anything I can do to make it work. Again I’m not the only one with this problem, but maybe it’s the old packaging that is the problem here.

Doesn’t twist?

Such a shame cause I want to love it! I got this product from T.k.max and thought it was a great idea, love the concept. The only issue is when I went to use it, it doesn’t twist up so I can’t use it properly I’ll have to scoop it out which defeats the point of the applicator. Maybe it’s an old version of the product and that’s why it was in T.K.max and the issue has since been resolved, but have seen some other comments like it here.

Lovely mask to use however I can't turn it to get it up more so I can't use it to the full extent
